Delphine Paulet
Delphine PauletDean, the NextMBA
Delphine has a curiosity that is as deep as it is wide, which has carved aquite improbable career path.
Veterinary doctor by education, she practiced veterinary surgery and medicine for ten years. Her medical PhD research was focused on neurology, and as a veterinarian she specialized in etiology and beahavioral pathology. In 2002, she started to change the focus of her career from animals to humankind, receiving her first degree in social psychology and neuroscience before completing her MBA at IAE Aix and training certification in Emotional Intelligence and NLP.
In 2009, she formally started her second career in higher education, leading the Corporate and Executive Education center in Aix-Marseille Business School, a member of the Executive Committee and professor in Emotional Intelligence & Leadership. In 2013, she joined The Next MBA team, where she is now the Dean and Professor.
While she is still involved in the pharmaceutical/veterinary fields, designing and delivering training, and publishing articles on practice and customer relationship management, her main focus is leader development, through teaching, executive coaching, consulting for assessment centers, and public appearances in conferences. She is also the founder and leader of TEDxAix, an event which gathers each year 20 global leaders on disruptive topics, and associate director in Arnava, a company dedicated to leader”s selection and development.
She is currently working on her Ph.D. at La Sorbonne with Prof. Franck Bournois on “Rational vs. Irrational, how companies make decisions in designating future leaders.”
Yiqing Lin
Yiqing LinAsia Project Manager, The NextMBA
Yiqing is responsible for International Mobility & Talent Acquisition Project Manager at Mazars. On a daily basis, her mission are focused on attracting great international professionals and promoting international mobility for Mazarians to develop their careers through international experience also to contribute to Mazars’ globalisation.
Born in Shanghai, trained in Shanghai International Studies University, she studied Interational Management in HEC Paris, and completed a Master’s degree in IAE Grenoble, focusing on Strategic Management and cultural intelligence.
Trilingual, she is our leader in organisation for the Asian week, and a trusted advisor on all learning choices for the Next MBA.

Tyra Malzy
Tyra MalzyAssociate Dean & Artistic Designer, The NextMBA
Tyra is is co-directing the Next MBA programme with a unique enthusiasm and creativity.
Native from the area of LA, living in Paris, working across our 77 countries. Curious by nature, she ended up creating a portfolio of work that is driven by connecting great people and nurturing promising ideas, that looks something like this:
– Education: Spanning a wide range of activities from teaching in the classroom to facilitating executive team-building sessions, designing long-term experiences to transform leaders, to creating blended online learning materials, to providing performance consulting
– HR: working with the Group HR team at Mazars as its Chief Learning Officer, her job includes collaborating on many aspects of the talent strategy from talent acquisition to skills development to internal communication and employer branding
– Innovation: the strategic orientation of the Mazars University to promote innovation within the firm (combined with her inescapable Californian roots) have pulled her into the vortex of the Tech World, notably with a role to catalyze and encourage digital adoption and transformation across the firm.

Aurélie is the lead organiser of the Next MBA weeks schedule, nurturing the Next MBA cohort and team in all scheduling steps.
As the University Project Manager @ Mazars, she is involved in diversified aspects of leader’s educational and talent management paths. She is also the Next MBA reference point for Learning tools, schedule fine-tuning and Logistics. Trained at La Sorbonne in languages and project management, she is also an accomplished sophrologist and a key stakeholder in TEDxAix organisation.
Laurent Choain

Laurent is Chief of People and Communication Officer at Mazars.
His professional life is about people development and communication.
He is a seasoned, intercultural leader in education-based HR strategies, with a career at the crossroads of leadership in large though decentralized companies (banking sector, luxury hospitality, professional services), consulting, entrepreneurship as well as business schools. Professor in the French University, he is also an entrepreneur, founder of The Next MBA, and a key stakeholder in international Management training communities.
