Participants are selected by their own companies, based internal selection criteria combined with these guidelines:
- Seniority/experience: We target talented, proven executives with a minimum of 15 years business experience,
- International exposure: Ideally, candidates are those who already have or will have an international dimension to their position, through their remit, client base, team or other criterion,
- Motivation: candidates must demonstrate their motivation to participate in the program, to share their experience with their peers, and their desire to upgrade their know-how, network, and global mindset.
At the consortium level, sponsor companies ensure consistency and diversity of the cohort by conducting an interview (video, telephone, face to face) between the candidate with 1 member of the consortium or Advisory Board to ensure the consistency.
